INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE APPLICATION FORM FOR REGISTRATION TO NURSERY & L.K.G (FOR 2024-25)
Dear Parents/Guardians,
| Application Form for admission to Nursery & LKG will be available online on the school website www.stfidelisaligarh.org from 3rd to 5th January 2024. The School Management has decided to start the Nursery Classes in compliance with the recommendations of NEP-2020. |

| • | Please log on and follow the instructions given on our website to fill the online registration form. |
| • | The age criterion for admission in Nursery Class is: On 1st April 2024, the child should have completed 3 years and should below the age of 4 years. The seats available for nursery class in the ADA Campus is 120 and Sadbhavna Pre School is 60. |
| • | The age criterion for admission in L.K.G. Class is: On 1st April 2024, the child should have completed 4 years and should be below the age of 5 years. The seats available for LKG in the ADA Campus is 200 and Sadbhavna Pre School is 80. |
| • | Fill in all the required information as indicated in the form. The Incomplete form will not be accepted. |
| • | A Registration Fee of ₹ 500/- (non-refundable) to be paid online. |
| • | Kindly take a printout of Registration Form and submit it with photocopies of the following documents in the School Office from 8th to 10th January 2024, and collect the Prospectus. No forms will be accepted after the said date. (Office hours : 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.) |
| 1 | A recent family photograph (Child with Parents) of the child sitting in the centre |
| 2 | The Birth Certificate issued by any competent authority like Municipality. (Certificate issued by Hospital will not be accepted). |
| 3 | The address proof of parent (any one of these: Aadhar Card / Voter ID Card / Passport / Electricity Bill / Driving License). |
| 4 | For Christians – Baptism Certificate (to be brought at the time of interaction). |
| 5 | For Alumni - the School Leaving Certificate (SSC/SSCE) / the Passing Certificate of the candidate's Mother / Father. |
| 6 | Sibling proof – the photocopy of the latest mark sheet of the sibling/s studying in this school |
| (The original copies of all documents need to be brought at the time of interaction.) | |
| • | Filling up the Application Form does not guarantee admission. |
| • | Application Form with wrong / incomplete information will not be considered. |
| • | No pressure for admission from any source will be entertained. Any pressure or recommendation, that is brought to bear on the school authorities, will automatically disqualify this application. |
| • | The school does not accept any donation for admission. Beware of middleman / mediator and be on your guard and vigilant! |
| • | The school does not provide the transportation facility. |
| • | The decisions carried out pertaining to the admission process are totally under the preview of the Admission Committee / Management. Its decision shall remain final. The School Management is not bound to give reasons for admission or rejection of any particular child. |
